- From Columbus,
take Hwy 71 south
On Hwy 71, take Exit #50 (see yellow circle to the right)
which is Hwy 68. Take 68 south.
Indian Creek is on
the left – right after you pass Hwy 50. There will be
one of those brown Ohio signs. It is approximately 1.5 miles
south of Hwy 50
- From Cincinnatti,
take Hwy 275 around the city. Exit Hwy 32 East toward Batavia.
Take 68 North. Indian Creek will be about 9 miles north of
Hwy 32, on the right hand side of the street.

The Best Inn motel
is almost 10 miles south of the grounds. Stay south on Hwy 68.
The motel is at the intersection of highways 32 and 68, but it
is set back behind some gas stations and fast food places - look
to the left just before you get to Hwy 32. the phone number for
the Best Inn is, Rt 32 & 68, Mt Orab OH (937) 444-6666 (10
miles south of grounds) |
The
Cambell Rd entrance off of Hwy 68 is closed.
The
only avaiable access is from Hwy 50 via

ABOUT
YOUR ENTIRES:
- Entries
may have an opening date. Check the premium list
- No telephone,
e-mail, fax or hand delivered entries will be accepted.
- Entries
must arrive at the secretary's residence via commercial carrier
ONLY!
- Signature
must be waived.
- No telephone
or e-mail entries or reservations will be accepted.
- It is
anticipated that entries will be filled before the closing
date.
- Please
indicate on your entry form if your bitch is in season or
just going out.
- Bitches
in Season
- If
your bitch comes in season after your entry has been mailed,
please call the Field Trial Secretary
- If
a bitch comes in season Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, notify
the Field Trial Chair or Secretary on the grounds.
- Your
bitch will be scratched from all stakes entered and your
entry fees will be refunded.
- All entries
drawn must be PAID IN FULL. No dog will be allowed to run
until all forms are completely filled out and entry fees are
in the hands of the Field Trial Secretary.
- It is
your responsibility to check that your entries are properly
filled out.
- The running
of stakes will be kept on schedule. Braces will be called
prior to running, however, it is your responsibility to keep
track of stakes and braces and to be on the line at least
5 minutes before your brace.
- Professional
Handlers must bring enough help to manage their string of
dogs. The club cannot provide workers for professional handlers
- Notice

FOOD
- Breakfast
and lunch will be provided by the club on Saturday and Sunday
at a modest cost.
- A dinner
banquet will be provided on Saturday at a modest cost.
